  2. Get 1 cup of yoghurt.

  2. After 5 minutes drain the water and lightly press the boondi in palms, to squeeze the water from them..
  3. Now whisk the yoghurt in a bowl, and add the boondi in it and mix properly.
  4. Now add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well..
  5. Raita is ready to serve, it goes well with biriyani or pulao..
